Returns and Refunds

At Gellyball Arenas, LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Because Gellyball equipment is designed for safety, durability, and high performance, all sales are considered final once shipped. However, we understand that issues can occur and we’re here to help when they do.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and the potential for wear, safety concerns, and customization, Gellyball does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or general dissatisfaction.
Please review all product details and confirm your order before checkout.


2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

To file a claim, email info@gellyball.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect or damage

If a return is required, we’ll provide shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


3. Warranty Coverage

Certain Gellyball equipment may include a limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  • Loss or theft

Warranty details vary by product and may be included in your dealer purchase.


4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved.
Gellyball is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.


5. Dealer Orders

Dealership and wholesale orders are non-refundable once processed.
If a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact info@gellyball.com within 7 business days for resolution.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered unless approved as part of a warranty or defective item claim.
We do not accept exchanges for different products, sizes, or models once shipped.
